Following on from my 3 1/2 hours to replace a few light fittings.......

I spent all day rewiring a lighting circuit that supplies 3 lights

the loft was insulated, boarded and piled high with stuff! (that I thought that they were going to move)

now I've just got to move all their stuff so that I can do the other half  :facepalm:

i feel your pain....this is one of the reasons i try to steer clear of domestic.

unfortunately the mortgage needs paying so sometimes i have to  cave in, luckily not often though

Rough idea only... I was there to look at bathroom lighting (4 x sealed LED) and in line extractor....to price for plumber

No earth in lighting circuits

I said extra work would be £900 ish.... thats for new Schnider RCBO CU, 5 pendants & 6 switches

then they asked for stainless switches with ingot

The funny thing is though that the bonding has been done at some point,,,, however earthing conductor is a bit of unsheathed 3 x 0.077 (?)
