limited or soletrader?

limited or soletrader? pro's and cons. cant really see any for limited anyother views on this??

 
Depends on your circumstances mate, there are advantages and disadvantages to both. Have a chat with an accountant and they will be able to advise you accordingly as to which would be best for you

 
Being lTD limits your liability to your business, which if you are doing work in properties exceeding the value of your insurance like blocks of flats can be useful. As a sole trader you can be sued for your assets including your house.
