Evening guys

Just wondering on new builds what sort of percentages of lights should be on new builds just a little enquiry :^O

cheers

Only a very small percentage of lights will be on new builds - only a fraction of a percentage. The VAST majority will be on the houses already built.

1 in every 4 fittings (25%) must be regularly used and garages do not count...

If you have a <=150w outside light that is controlled by a PIR then it is counted as being energy efficient

ohhhh sharp! :^O :^O:^O

1:4 ratio

but the fittings can only take low energy bulbs, so you can not put a standard pendant in and just put in a low energy bulb in.

saying that I don't know how they get over the use of spots and gu10 low energy bulbs.
