I have read Merlin-Gerin catalogue, their recommendation MCBs for residential use are :
In UK : single-pole, 6kA (60898), B Curve
In Australia : single-pole, 4.5kA (60898), C Curve
In Singapore : dual-poles, 6kA (60898), C Curve
Despite the different setup for different country, does anyone know what's the advantages of using dual-poles (Neutral Separate), 6kA and B tripping curve ? (i.e. over the single-pole, 4.5kA, C Curve).
Shouldn't RCCBs works well only on dual-poles (N separate) ?
Cheers.
