Min Voltage?

Been to a EICR job today, and found that the mains voltage was fluctuating from 215v to 220v  mainly staying around 217v according to my megger multitester.

My question is,  what is the minimum voltage that i am supposed to be getting?

Appendix 2 says 216.2v - 253.0v, you are just about in by a gnats whisker. Not sure how this then reflects upon permissible volt drop through your installation though?

230volts to within -6% upto +10%,  minimum voltage is 216.2v
