You are fine to issue MWC, EIC & PIR as long as you are competent to do so. The ONLY stumbling block comes up with respect to Part P notification. PIR does not need to be notified. EIC & MWC type work only requires notification if it comes under the notification requirement of Part P. So unless it is notifiable under part p just get on with it!
