Minor works

Evening all. I am currently carrying out upgrade work for the local council on council houses in my area. Most of the work I have carried out so far has not involved installing a new circuit. Most are spurs of rings etc. As I usually carry out complete installations I am a bit unfamiliar with Minor Works Certs. I was wondering whether I have to complete a MWC for every additional point I have wired or only if they are on different circuits. (and record highest E/L values for points on the same circuit).
