My mate, a Kiwi, is off to Oz short term to work on site in Sydney. Says he's not looking forward to it as sounds like the New Zealanders are viewed like we view some of the East Europeans maybe? Had to do a big online test then a phone interview with an Aussie assessor. He was originally the "second" man going but the old guy who was the lead fell ill so he's had to step up.
