Need some help guys

Hi guys looking for a newcastle based spark who i can shadow to get some hands on experience.

I currently have my city and guilds 2330 level 2 NVQ level 3,my 17th edition,CSCS card,pat testing.

Own transport and tools.

Got 12 months hands on with local sparky but cant get a reference off him because i was off the books and just found out he doesn't sign his own work off so it looks like govy jobs.

So i need to get on with a registered spark who covers domestic and commercial so i can get a reference ,as everywhere i go now they want refs and experience am currently trying to get mates jobs with agencies but wont touch me because i cant give ref from electrical game.

Just been paid off so need some help or ideas guys.

Don't mind working for free for a while as long as it meets the above.

Done first and second fix form extra sockets to full rewires{haven't wired a DB yet}.

So any help would be greatly appreciated
