I've just been asked for a ball park figure for wiring a new 4 bed house.

with an alarm without an alarm, cctv, internet cat5, aerial, all these things need considering, chrome plates, brass plates, white plates, 4 sockets per room or 12?

600 spot lights in the lounge or just 1 if we could have some more info, and maybe a to do list of whats required then we can give you some idea.

If someone wants a ball park figure, I cost it at 1 hours labour per point (at whatever your hourly rate is) and then cost the parts plus your mark up.
