IMHO There are two basic methods of fault finding....
1/ keep replacing bits at random until the fault no longer occurs.
2/ carry out logical tests and investigations to identify a faulty part, rectify or replace the faulty part so that the fault no longer occurs.
At the moment from what I have read it looks to me as though method 1/ has been followed so far!
You need someone to come and adopt method 2/.
