Try a barbers chair, old dental chair. Just a thought with no real conviction.

We were doing an EICR  at the house shown below , this socket was removed 6 yrs ago when rewired  and the guy kept it. 

Just a wall socket apparently ,  leave the plug in and switch on & off with your foot.

Really substantial DP switch in there .

I was thinking about someone with no arms, but back then there was no consideration of these things or part M so it must be something you need but can't use your hands?

No but I'd like it TBH.   Being sold for , I think, £450,000 .      Not Far from Dekington Towers but a million miles away at the same time .
