Outside lights with PIR

Hi Guys

I am looking to install 2 lights to the front wall of the house. One is a standard light - the other a PIR.

Ideally I would like them to be able to be turned on/off via alexa/google ie smart plug.

How do I wire it so that the lights go on/off to command but so that the PIR light remains active when required (overnite)?

My first thoughts are you would have to connect each light to its own smart device, and then put them both in the same group/scene. That way you can control each device independently, and or together.
