You wouldn't expect there to be an awful lot of flammable material in there. Surely mostly smoke from burning insulation?

If only BS7671 covered phone masts!!!!
Most if not all the equipment on the mast will is supplied by 48v power supplies
More likely it is or assumed to be a 5G mast it seems to be quite popular to set these on fire due to the negativity in some quarters regarding the technology and the frequencies used for 5G possibly causing medical issues
