How much would you charge for a 2 bed terest house, peridoic?

been asked to do a few for a local property agents...

I'd price at 1/2 day + a bit for paperwork for a PIR..

But if they want a visual only then, the price of a roll of loo paper!!

The same as Nozo , 1/2 day ( as long as its local) testing & poking your nose into the loft Etc, then bashing out a report. 6 hours at your usual rate .

If the area has google street view, then you can knock time down to time taken to write report. satellite view, add 1/2 hour
