Hi,

got a 3 phase transformer on a construction site (office refurb) fed by 6mm swa, form an old 3 phase d/b.

Should the swa to the transformer be rcd protected or not, the regs are not really clear on this?

The cable is tied up and taped with caution markings.

Thanks

Craig

Origin is a TNS, then of main isolator is a 3 phase supply to 100A Switch fuse, then tails form this to 63A switch fuse, which feeds 3 phase D/B. Then 3 x 20A old MCB's feeding swa to transformer.

Thanks

Craig

any other help guys??? Surely there must be some advice out there???
