I have used the Triax a few times and found them very good, however one I fitted about 5 years ago recently had a single failed output.
The Triax was supplying a Sky + box and customer said they could not record, and when I checked the box it only had one input.
Checked connections, then checked other Sky boxes (client has 6) and they were all fine, so put the lead into a spare output on the Triax and all was fine, for now anyway.
