Saying Hi (also can't edit profile?)

Hello!

New member here - just want to say upfront I'm not an electrician but looking for electrical advice.

Also it doesn't seem to be possible to edit my profile? There's no link that I can see on the actual profile page, and when on the Account settings page, clicking Edit profile gives me an "You are not allowed to edit this profile" error. Just so you're aware!
