SKY dish alignemnt

I've manually aligned a 10 year old sky mini dish..

I've used the signal test page as my meter..

I have signal strength 50% & Quality also at 50%.

What sort of levels can one expect in the East Midlands (correct aliginement)?

my box is usually around 60% signal strength and 90% quality

not an expert with this, but id expect quality to be a bit higher

I did have quality at about 75%..

Think I'll have another fiddle.

Just did another check..

And it's 60% for both, so I'll leave it.

if i was you id get a new dish and lnb ,the higher the quality sig the better.

Well I'm sure current LNB's far exceed the technology of 10 years ago..



but judging by the picture quality of the Panasonic receiver (now 10 years), one might be better off getting a new receiver..
