You probably only had the 16th edition of Magnets Bulbs and Batteries..Hey Specs, OK I take your point about the price of the regs, had'nt looked at it that way.So you have copy of Magnets Bulbs and Batteries too, I use mine as the On -Site guide, the ELECSA guy was'nt that impressed though.

I have thought that they should be freely available on the internet and you pay if you want a paper copy.
Was my point!I get a bit confused when something is referred to as a 'British Standard' as it implies that this is something that should be available to everyone in Britain. I appreciate the cost of publication for a limited number of books - but this should be available on the internet for free as it allows anyone to check up on what is specified. How can it be a standard if it's hidden?
