We had another bloomin power cut last night.....
was upstairs talking to one of the children in their bedroom, noticed the lamp flickering, looked at the pendant, notice the bottom bit of the bayonet is cracked & the shroud & shade are resting on the bulb....
Asked em if they had been bumping or knocking the light fitting, whist I gave it a little poke & prod then whop!!!
All the flipping power goes out!!! Quite a large area as well...
No lights on anywhere around, all houses & street lights black as a bag!
Took about 25 - 30mins before it came back on.. but it still kept dipping off for a few seconds for about four or five times over then next three quarter hour.
You'd just get on the PC then the whole thing would re-start! :_| :_|
Anyway...
all's back on good now!
