Hi Everyone:

I need to install solar system for an elevator that has 27kw peak starting power. I will install Lithium batteries 48V/200AH which has 100A continuous current which is about 5kw. That means I need about six batteries.
My question is can Lithium batteries gives starting or crank current higher than continuous so I can minimize number of batteries. The battery datasheet does not include this information.

I appreciate any advise

The max discharge for my cells (EVE 320ah) is 1C which is 320A, it can supply 2C for 30 seconds so 640A. Data sheet attached
