What little I can see (mainly some of the pictures) it looks more like a hybrid between linux and Android.

Does the Os even support English? Yes. You should get the option to translate the StartOS page into English. When installing, again option for English. I'm downloading it for a play now. Not that my connection's slow...............3.0/973MB with 11 hours to go!  :lol:
