Doing electrical at collage, just looking at meter see what sort to thingy it is. TNS or what ever.

Had a rewire done a year going should they of changed the cable running from the meter to the comsumer unit as there really old?

you is gonna have to work harder than that to get a stoopid question! ]:)

There is no obligation to change the tails...

If the spark felt they were still of an appropriate CSA for the max demand / incoming fuse rating.....

BUT saying that...

personally I would be replacing the tails 99.99% of the time whenever I do a rewire or CU change! :)

Obviously this is NOT the tails from incoming fuse to the meter..

they belong to your supply company!

but from the meter to CU .. they are your responsibility! ;)
