Yesterday Mrs Deke was looking at the Gtech Air ram  lightweight vacuum online.  

Today we are inundated with adverts for Gtech Air Ram  , email is surrounded with ads for them . 

Yes I know I can ignore them but  it shows how the web is set up commercially.

My understanding is that most websites have 'cookies' which you usually agree to without thinking about. 

They are then saved in your browser, and from that advertising spaces on some sites can access these and tailor them to suit what you have been looking at.
