3 phase board run off the bottom left breaker kept dropping a phase ...

none of the terminations had been tightened up at all , factory is 18 months old , not one cert for any of the work, no key switches on any of the emergency lighting , no circuit labeling on anything what so ever ..

bad day explode

Another pic from the same Factory

main lighting switch bank , 4 feeds in (2.5mm) off different phases from local 3 phase board , 4 x 2.5 sw L&N out and someone has also took some 2.5 flex out via single switch to some 6 ft flows .... 9 cables ....... rammed in , no sign of letting anyone know that the switch bank contained 415v

Stevie,

There is not a specific requirement for a fish switch, you can use the breaker as the tests should be undertaken by a person competent to do so.

There are other issues with that board in your 1st pic, not being funny, but can you see any?...

only looked at it last thing today , feeds to sub boards look small in conjunction to the breaker sizes , random earthing arrangements , MS , white multi core could do with heat shrinking of phased colours...

This is the tip of the Iceberg on what is a ruff install

Sidewinder is it also that

Cable on bottom left breaker does not look like it could carry 125A as the breaker indicates

Whats going on with DB1 top terminal looks knackered............. or is it my s***e screen

Septic,

My eyes are not that good mate, it is easier to see than that, I am not however doubting you.

I found a 10mm on an 80A 1361 today!

I'll try to look closer.

I would have put the lid back on and told them they need a full rewire if thats the standard of work.

You have three phases going through a metal enclosure with seperate nicely grommeted holes.

I would forget the main switch for now, good point, but if the whole board is isolated elsewhere its more inconveniance than any major issue.

I would need to see some close ups to verify the connections I can not see on my screen the outputs or characteristics of the breakers.
