I've started trialing Elucian boards from Scolmore ( despite their arroGant custmoer fulfilment experience dwarf Jake, ex NICEIC ). They have double module SPDs

It reckon about £1k trade for the board plus VAT BLM a tax tc

It's definitely a belt and braces install.

As far as I understand from the BBB training courses only socket circuits require AFDD.

Interesting, if that is the case do BBB think that only socket circuits have Arc faults?

I've just used a few fusebox (the brand!) And am very happy with them, there AFDDs are about £90.

There are quite a few American members on the other Electrical Forum and most seem to have trouble with AFDD's and remove them.

Yes but there’s only 7 it 8 lights in the whole place. It’s a 2 bed house
