   I have just bought a new flat in London - Canada Water (SE16 7DE) and need to totally refurbish it internally. This includes bathroom installation, flooring and  internal painting.MOST THE ELECTRICAL both the kictchen and back store WITH THE UNDERGROUND CABLE ARE BAD

Please i will send you the Engineer Design save in a Drop Box  for you to give me total quotation. My budget is approx. 45,000 pounds

Would you be available? I would like to start as soon as possible...

Bearing in mind I am in the Highlands he can't possibly think I would want to do a job in London?

My guess is that if you respond the file he would put in a drop box for you would be something very dodgy indeed.

But seriously, yes it is a scam of some sort. Chances are the link he sends you will be to some malware, either the link will be fake or the file you download will have something in it.

I've just looked in the junk/spam folder and this is in there so that's doing its job, as expected. The score is pretty low though, probably because it is specialised so it's not just sent to everyone on the planet and also there is no link in it, that will come later. It's a clever piece of social engineering.

Just this morning a couple called brian and doris [i think it was] emailed to ask if it was ok for them to donate £550,000 to me.. Funny world!!

It certainly is !      Had one the other day from some couple who had " won something like £100, 000,000 on the Euro Lottery and had decided to give it away . 

£1m   was waiting to be transfered into my bank account.
