Could anybody on here tell me how to work out the touch voltage on an installation

Try reg 411.5.3 brb or a rearrangement there of for the relevant circuit conditions.

Guidance note 8 has clear calculations on touch voltages. There is a huge

amount of information on the practices of earthing and bonding and touch

voltages are clearly explained, as is the assessment of armouring and other

conductors using the Adiabatic equation.
