Has anyone else been having problems with communicating with Tysoft? My computer completely broke, I've brought a new PC and downloaded Easycert, but I'm running a demo version, I have my backed up certs on demo version at the moment. I've been trying to contact support at Tysoft for the past 2 weeks to ask if I can transfer my license across to my new computer or whether i need to re-purchase the package, which I'm reluctant to do because the service is so poor. Brian Harper at Tysoft replies 2 sentence emails to me which never answers my question, and there's no contact telephone number, so your just held at their mercy, extremely frustrating when i need to get up and working again.

I've never used them, But I'm sure someone else, not that long ago, was asking about difficulties getting responses from Tysof?

They haven't gone bump yet and are still trading according to companies house...

But with employees listed as 1, it looks very much like a one-man-band?

From the bottom half of the home page the latest "recent news" is back in Nov 2023??

Personally if it were me, I would ditch them and find an alternative solution, rather than putting your own productivity & earnings in jeopardy due to problems and glitches with their systems outside of your control!!

Just found previous post.. (12months ago)
