can someone just confirm, i need to test a house this week and want to confirm the certification type...

1) new cooker circuit = EIC

2) new CU = EIC & PIR

3) kitchen refit = EIC

Kitchen re-fit is MWC if you are altering existing circuits, EIC if new circuits.

i wouldnt bother with the PIR for new CU

kitchen may only need MWC
