RCA? phono plugs? sorry I havent looked at your link, just cant be bothered with PDFs at this time of night,

in that case just screened cable I would have thought, once you go into more dedicated stuff then Im sure it will make a difference and we have some people with more expertise if the info is there for them.

yeah think there also called phono plugs.

sorry Im not much more help monkey,

some of the other guys that do loads of AV will be better for you, personally Ive never had an issue just using "RG56" (I think, but bet they tell me its rubbish!)

wait till someone else recommends some proper stuff.

Steps & doc have it - I used to make up phono leads on a regular basis......

If you`re doing stereo; you can get two core screened; which will work fine for wall mounted sockets, but isn`t mush use on trailing plugs - for those you`d need FoE (figure-of-eight) twin screened flex.

If you`re doing A/V - remember that the audio screen shouldn`t be the same as any video or data screens - and RGB video should be individually screened, with an overall braid.

And just for some added value, some of the new flat TV's (Panasonic by example) support ARC (Audio Return Channel) over HDMI, so if you planed to output the TV's internal sound into a Home Cinema system/amp that supports ARC, you would not need Phono, Optical or SPDIF cabling

You may find that it has either solder connections or RCA connections. If its RCA, you could use pre-made cables. Make sure you get the right coax too, it may need 50ohm.
