Sorry not sure the picture is good enough.

Anyway if you can see, would you classify this wiring type as

"Thermoplastic insulated/sheathed cables" (NICEIC code A formally "PVC/PVC cable")

or

"Thermoplastic cables in non-metallic conduit" (NICEIC code C formally "PVC cables in non-metallic conduit")

Looks like singles in oval conduit to me.

Looks like singles in oval conduit to me.

It is singles - each within its own compartment in the ribbed white outer which is bendy and not britlle and appears to be pvc or rubber.

I've seen this with a black outer and orange too.
