Wow, that's beats me hands down. I used to drive an astra van and it was perfect for me to steer with knees. I used to drive with knees and read paper (daft I know but...well....you know) I once drove from Lincoln to doncaster (home) without touching wheel with hands. Roundabouts were tricky but I managed. Only used hands to indicate left (could do right with left knee) and to change gear (only touching gear stick). Heeee back in the day. Wouldn't bloody do it now mind. roads are too busy and I now drive a vito.

Make myself sounds old as hills. Only 26 btw
