Wiring 315mm Axial Fan

Hello

I have the following fan from TLC: 
S&P SL HCBB/4/315/H315mm Compact Plate Axial Fans - IP65

It is installed in the wall of my workshop unwired.  I can't seem to find a wiring diagram.  Can anyone help me work out how to wire this in?

I also need to source a controller.  This controller on TLC is on same page:

Soler & Palau 1 Amp Multi Speed Fan Controller

Which would be find, but I would like to have direction controll.  

I'd rather not break the bank getting this thing up and running, is there a better option for me?

Good price.  I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for that either.

You can't use it without a controller, so why don't you just buy the controller that TLC sell to go with it?

I am happy to do that.  But I wanted to have it reversible ideally.  So that it can extract and vent.  But there are no controllers on TLC that seem to offer that functionality.  I'm not sure if that's because this fan is unable to do that or if I can use a different controller?
