Hi,

Looking for any other makes of ' wise box ' for remote switching lighting and pumps round fish pond please and any feedback

thanks :)

try

'home easy'

eddys do them,

200w dimmable, and I think 1000w non dimmable,

they are actually for remote lighting, so you need your own enclosure, but they are pretty cheap,

4 channel remote

Have you used them steps as thats the one a new contact has recommended but wanted feedback on it.  It will be switching pond pumps and lights on a gaff worth about 1.5 mil which has an existing wise box with burned out circuit board.

Only thing is they want to incorporate timers into this aswell.  Is that something that can be done.

I have zero experience with these but am not gonna pass this job onto a better spark than me lol so no digs please :)

Ive only ever used them on lights, and I think they are spot on,

they are fairly small so can be installed at the fitting, rather than a central point,

I have a dimmable one here, about 55mm square and 25mm deep

I have one over our dining table (dimmable pendant)... tbh its the dogs...

I've also fitted one (pendant) to give 2 way switching.. power into l&n, existing switch across switch terminals and pair with remote switch

Don't know if it what you are after but screwfix have a range of Internet controlled relays and switches that seem to be quite good. Just recently installed some in a place in London as the customer wanted to be able to turn their lights on when away. All controlled via an app on their iPhones. Only drawback is the relays are limited to 500watts.

Anyone know how to incorporate timer into this too. Looks like the home easy one will time aswell but wise box cant. Any ideas?

Cheers
