Working as electrician mate or improver

I have a Electro-tecnichal Tehnician qualification + 6 months experience in my country Romania, what courses i need to do to be able to work here as electrician improver or electrician's mate to gain experience.I will post a photo with my qualification evaluation.

The picture indicates that you are educated to GCSE level, at that level you are deemed capable of entering the workforce or continuing to further education.

I think the basic requirements for an electrical mate is a City & Guilds level 2 qualification in electrical installation which can be obtained from a college or training  centre in exchange for money.

You will also need an ECS card which will require you to prove you have obtained the above and you must sit a health and safety exam, + more money.
