Try these two for size for the job I am working on now, and these are the starting point.

I believe there will be about another 10 at similar costs.

On a £/page basis, BS7671 is CHEAP!!!

That's £436 as a non-member, for 188 pages including covers etc. £2.32 per page.

BS7671 is £80.00 for 464 pages that's £0.17/page

Comparing electronic version page counts that is.

 
It must be a nightmare for you doing your job, I imagine you have quite a collection of British Standards now?

At the moment I am doing a CE marking consultation on the control system on some NZ kit potentially coming into the EU.

I am however, amazed at what is considered acceptable considering we work to the same ISO standards!!!

They are asking iro £2k (after converted from yen ¥ )for something that has about 300pages tops :eek:
