I think they mean by every circuit being parallel is that the R1 and R2 for any individual circuit is parallel within that circuit.

Sure I meant his colleagues were suggesting listing 30ma as the RCD for the circuit, creating the wrong impression.

The 100ma would not be additional protection.

No you can't use a 13A plug it has a maximum circuit capacity of 25A.

Does it say how many amps (A) or kilowatts (KW)?

You also need to understand the results and whether they are within correct parameters.

In the first pic have you mixed the blacks up? The black in the 1 Way terminal should be the one which shares the same cable as the red...
