    AutoCad Electrical 2012

Yeah that's what made me think when I thought it was big bucks! As you say it's a pretty full on program I'd only be using it to edit the latest revised DWG drawings for as fitted's but can't find an alternative program.

    AutoCad Electrical 2012

Evening all, was looking at buying a program to do as fitted drawings and came across this http://uk.beat-buy.com/autocad-electrical-2012-p-206.html?p= seems very cheap! Has anybody else purchased software from here or can advise on an alternative program to use? Thanks.

Are Firehoods required on 600x600 modular fittings within suspended / false ceiling?

On some jobs I've been asked to independently support the fittings using all round band, jack chain or similar but never fire hoods. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wiring a emergency light and switch..

Pretty much the same mate, instead of a light switch you would usually use a key operated test switch with a permanent feed to the emergency light for the charging unit. Or on other more complex self test systems a permanent feed for charging and a dalli pair for monitoring.

    New C&G 2399 Course

In short is the C&G 2372 being replaced by the C&G 2399? Would I be wasting my time trying to do the 2372? Also has anyone else done any courses through the React scheme? Anyone else have any info about how the new 2399 course will run? I completed my apprenticeship through the company...

    New C&G 2399 Course

I've recently been made redundant after 17 years and decided to take the opportunity through React Funding Wales to take part in some extra training. Having completed my apprenticeship and going on to do do my 2391 and 17th edition I have now been told that they will not fund the C&G 2372...

    fire alarm points

Depends what make panel it is. I know with Protec systems its generally about 127 devices per loop with their 6400 panels. but much depends on the loop length and devices which are on it.
