fire alarm points

ive got to install a fire alarm containing of call points (breakglasses) and smoke detectors in a factory extension. the only trouble is theres no spare zones in the panel, can anybody tell me if theres a limit (how many) on the number of smokes etc you can have on one zone?? cheers.

Most panels will be different so manfacturers instructions will be needed should be able to download them off the internet.

Depends what make panel it is. I know with Protec systems its generally about 127 devices per loop with their 6400 panels. but much depends on the loop length and devices which are on it.
