Hi folks. I have a fairly old electric meter, with a spinning wheel and mechanical digits. When I turn my big red circuit breakers off in my flat, the meter wheel is still spinning, but very slowly indeed. It takes you a minute to detect any movement. Is this normal? Perhaps there is always some...
