    RFI From Inverter

Hi ,i know this may not have any bearing on the above ,but we fitted loads inverters forAHU fan motors, pumps etc .Replacing star/delta starters . Mostly in hospitals ,so didn't want spurious RF in a hospital environment. Where possible we kept the inverter as close to the motors as possible, as...

Hi I seen this about a year a go ,and flagged it up to Efixx to see if they would do a video on it ,but they said had'nt heard of it and will look into it ,but when i contacted Efixx on follow up email, no response. Think they look for payment for making videos ,which can compromise there...

Well it’s that time of the year again! It’s been a mixed year so , in-line with tradition, here are a few things that have mildly irritated me

Two ring mains in a room

Hi Mort2376 I'm now retired, but we were alway's taught that the MCB is to protect the cable, from drawing over current ,and cause a risk of fire . 2.5mm current rating was 18amp max in my day , so why would i use a 25amp MCB ? Has the IEE reg's changed .Can you give me the new regulation that...
