Thanks guys, I've never come accross that before... Sounds like everyone else has tho... I suspect it must be between the DB and the first pendant as it effects the whole circuit... Cheers!

The current one is 10 hours, not sure about the new one. I think the new one will be better. Fault finding on the motor controls when you're unfamiliar with them is not much fun under pressure.
