im no expert, but the minimum 25a that it says on it may be higher than than the max of 13a you can get from a normal plug. i mean you could get 25a from a 13a plug, however chances are you'll also get some smoke from it too, and once that comes out, its hard to get back in

dpending on size of bathroom for zones, a normal switch can often be fitted. even though many 'electricians' think a normal switch must go outside or a pull switch...

are you qualified / competant to do this work? can you issue the relevant electrical certificates for the work you've done? do you have the correct insurance for when it goes wrong? etc etc.
