    by MDPE i hope you don't mean blue / yellow since you wouldnt expect a cable in a gas/water pipe. not done cable calc but 4mm may be undersized too many wago's are also only rated to 20a

    that dimmer has a min load of 60w. your LED's will be less than that get a better dimmer designed for LED's. many also have another dimmer on the back to adjust the min dimming level (some LED's flash when dimmed too much, turn that up until the flashing stops)

    ask customer where they want shower. fit it to wall. wire in. if plumber needs to remove it to do the pipework or whatever than its their problem

    what is notifiable and not is in approved document P if its not notifiable then just crack on and do the job, issue relevant EIC/MWC. if its notifiable then your decision. maybe just leave it for someone else
