    Does anyone know for sure what is happening to the 2391 in a few months time? I'm about to enrol but not sure if it's worth waiting till next year if it's going to change. Can anyone give me a definite answer please

    Yes I can see how a low IR test could signify a borrowed neutral but could also mean conductors touching. I guess there's no real way to show for sure

    ive got cscs card but no luck yet. ive not got 2391 so that wont help my prospects and i dont feel im ready to take that as ive not got enough onsite experience yet

    So if I don't bother enrolling under, let's say NIC for example, how much does it cost to advise the LABC as Manator mentions, if I do works that are notifiable?
