Nice pics, agreed that they look better in the sides , I put them ones in the steps due to the fact I could access the stairs from a cupboard underneath and fit with virtually no damage , which the customer preferred . Ste

Is the kitchen going to be in the new extension ? if it is I would put outside extraction , no question , but if the kitchen is not in the new part of the build ( just a kitchen refit ) then you probably have a good case to argue , but if possible I would still put outside extraction in. Ste

Screw fix had a very short spell of giving a packs of 6 screwdrivers with every wylex board sold , I had 3 packs , lost all but 4 or 5 of them nowWet Fish:D

only looked at it last thing today , feeds to sub boards look small in conjunction to the breaker sizes , random earthing arrangements , MS , white multi core could do with heat shrinking of phased colours... This is the tip of the Iceberg on what is a ruff install
