    They do do underground ones mate,but that would mean buring the flex up to the light wiska box under each light may be better i am not sure the best way to go about it. may be a wiska box filled with magic gell just under the slab then bring flex up to the light

    sorted now, they went for a new 7 day programmer, it was gravity hot water, pumped central heating but with a room stat. boiler did have a stat also. so they can have HW or heating and HW. Thanks for advise
