My guess is they will install a 18th edition ev charger which are Poping up claiming they do not require an earth rod. I just ordered the viridian ev centre for mine, as I cannot use earth rod due to under ground pipes and a huge cost to put one in as well as digging up my drive. So let's see...

Only advise I have is don't buy cheap, by quality and make sure its capable of dealing with the 8 meter distance. I have done the budget fans and never again.
